Outreach to the poor and awareness of needs of others in our world is a priority at Nativity School. Students participate in fundraising activites throughout the school year to raise money for the Sisters of St. Louis missions in Brazil, Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia. They also support the Missionary Childhood Association, which is the official agency of the Holy Father for the distribution of the fundraising proceeds realized through the efforts of children for their underprivileged brothers and sisters in Third World situations.
Students also participate in school-sponsored Christian Service activities such as Ministers of the Word, altar servers, members of the lunch crew, and after-school Title 1 tutors.
